Now this is more like it. Easy to see why the Blackfeet consider him sacred, isn't it?
Had to go begging for good pictures from my cousin who has a camera that's up to the task. Happily, the snow in the foothills is mostly gone now.
thanks for the great pics! I'll be coming home to MT next month (but will be staying on the other side of the mountains). I can't wait but am hoping that the weather will be warmed up by then! Sounds like you've been slammed this spring.
Kitty: Unfortunately, I don't have anything published at this point, so you can't buy it at the bookstore. So for the moment, the only place you can read my stuff is right here. Let's all hope that changes with the newest book that I'm working on now.
Juliet: Four inches of snow on my doorstep this morning. Bleh. Just a skiff in Cut Bank, though, so they may get to plant some crops before Memorial Day.

Beth: This is a slightly zoomed in version of the view from my living room window.
*sigh*
I WILL get my husband on bored for a vacation up there. Don't think I didn't save that link you sent me.
I'm new to your blog. Love the pics! What have you written and where can I buy your books?
