And the winner is:  the Ariat Legends. Yes, I went with the practical, although these are still flashier than my normal, except other than this picture or if the mud is more than ankle deep you will NEVER see this short-legged gal with her jeans tucked in, so those shiny tops sort of go to waste.

As for the picture, this one is for Cynthia D'Alba because:

A. She has the exact same pair of boots and,

B. She recently informed me that the subject of a certain photo had to be a boy because of the way its toes turned out.
